We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means headings in a logical order, text descriptions on images, color contrast that stays readable, labels on every form field, pages that work with a keyboard alone, and text that can be enlarged without breaking the layout. The phone number is a tap-to-call link on phones.

The cost calculator, the repair-or-replace quiz and the area check all run in your browser. If any part of them is hard to use, you don't need them to get help: call (803) 555-0152 and your request can be taken by phone instead.

Some pages link to outside sites, such as state and city government pages and PDF forms. We don't control those, and some may not meet the same standard.

If something on this site gets in your way, please tell us. Call (803) 555-0152 and describe the page and the problem, plus the device or tool you were using. We review every report and use it to fix what we can.
