The site is a referral service. It connects homeowners with independent local roofers, and those roofers pay for the referrals. This site is not a roofing contractor and does not perform roofing work. It does not quote prices as its own, sign contracts, pull permits, or handle or negotiate insurance claims.

Any estimate, contract, payment, schedule or warranty is between you and the roofer you choose. The roofers are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Before you sign, check that the roofer is registered with the SC Residential Builders Commission on the LLR licensee lookup, and ask for proof of insurance and a written, itemized contract.

What you read here is general information. Cost figures come from outside sources, each labeled with its source and year, and they are not quotes. Laws, codes and permit rules change, so confirm anything important with the office in charge. Results from the cost calculator and the repair-or-replace quiz are rough guides, not inspections or prices.

Please give accurate details on our forms and only your own. Don't copy the site's content for commercial use or try to disrupt how it runs.

The site is provided "as is." As far as the law allows, Columbia SC Roof Replacement is not liable for a roofer's work, pricing or delays, or for losses that come from relying on the site's content. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, and any dispute belongs in the courts of South Carolina. We may change these terms, and the date above marks the current version.
