When you fill in a form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, street address or ZIP code, and your notes about the roof. If you call (803) 555-0152, the number you called from, the time and the length of the call may be logged. Like most websites, the site may also record basic visit data, such as browser type, the pages you open and the site that sent you here.

We use your details for one main purpose: to pass your request to one independent local roofer who works in your area, so that roofer can contact you about an inspection and estimate. The roofer pays us for that referral. We don't sell your details to list brokers, and we don't send one request to a crowd of roofers. Once a roofer has your details, that roofer's own privacy practices apply to how they use them.

We keep request records only as long as we need them for the referral and our business records. You may ask us to correct or delete your details by calling (803) 555-0152. We take reasonable steps to protect what you send, but no website or inbox is perfectly secure.
